Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can cancel or delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Use RepSentinel AI to monitor and respond to reviews on platforms you own or operate. Do not use the service to scrape data, send unsolicited messages, or impersonate others.

Plans and billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans (Growth and Scale) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; we do not offer long-term contracts or automatic renewals beyond what you choose at signup.

AI-generated content

Response suggestions are drafted by AI and presented to you for review before publication. You are responsible for the responses you publish.
